Stay Hydrated. The easiest way to avoid heat disorders is to keep your body hydrated. This means drinking fluids before, during and after exercise.

Saturday’s weather is looking pretty warm. It will be sunny and 70-75 at the race start. Please be sure to take care of yourself whether you are running or walking in this event.
Wear Light-colored, loose-fitting clothing will help your body breathe and cool itself down naturally. Don’t forget your sunscreen!
